This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply when you use Casoo. It explains the relationship between our platform and users, and describes the basic rules that govern accounts, transactions and promotional activity. We expect you to read these terms before registering or placing wagers. By creating and using an account with us you agree to comply with the rules below.
Account responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity that occurs under their account. You must provide accurate personal information and update it if details change. We may require identity verification (government ID, proof of address, or payment method evidence) before allowing withdrawals or in other cases where checks are necessary. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address; duplicate accounts may be suspended and funds withheld pending review.
Eligibility requirements
To use our services you must meet the minimum legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. While the platform minimum is 18, Canadian users must comply with their provincial legal age (usually 19). You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion system or by law. We may refuse registration or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Acceptable platform use
Users must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit promotions, use automated software or engage in collusion. Abusive behaviour toward staff or other users, chargebacks, and using stolen payment methods are prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious patterns and to suspend or close accounts suspected of misuse. Normal, recreational play is permitted; strategies that seek to avoid fair wagering requirements may lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms posted with each promotion. Wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum bet limits and eligibility rules vary by promotion. Only one active bonus may apply at a time unless an offer expressly states otherwise. We may exclude certain games or payment methods from promotions and we can void bonuses when terms are breached or where abuse is suspected.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of payment methods including Interac, major cards, selected e-wallets and cryptocurrencies where available. Minimum deposits typically start at CA$20. Withdrawals are processed after identity checks and may be subject to internal limits and reviews; once approved, processing times commonly range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the method. Fees may apply for some withdrawal types and larger withdrawals may require additional verification or extended review.
